How fresh is the coffee I will receive?
At Cowpresso, we roast our beans weekly in small batches. All orders are fulfilled with beans roasted within 3 to 14 days to ensure you enjoy the peak flavor profile and optimal degassing period.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times within Singapore?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. For orders below $50, a flat fee of $4.50 applies. Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days from the date of your order.
Do you provide coffee grinding services?
Yes, we can grind your beans for free. Simply select your preferred grind size (e.g., Espresso, V60, French Press) on the product page before adding the item to your cart.
Can I return or exchange coffee equipment?
Unused and unopened coffee equipment in its original packaging can be returned within 7 days of purchase. Please note that for food safety reasons, roasted coffee beans are non-returnable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our beans and equipment worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and total weight of the parcel.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and local Singapore options like PayNow.
