At Cowpresso Coffee Roasters, we strive to ensure the highest quality in every roast. Due to the perishable nature of coffee beans and food products, we offer returns or exchanges primarily for damaged items or incorrect orders within 7 days of delivery.
Return Process

Email our team at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photos of the item.
- 2.Verification Process
Our team will review your request to ensure it meets our quality guarantee standards for damaged goods or incorrect fulfillment.
- 3.Return Arrangement
Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item to our Singapore roastery or arrange for a local pickup if applicable.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
Upon receiving the item in its original packaging, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement immediately.
